The multiple aspects of labor, birth and early postpartum are covered in this weekly series on 4/1, 4/8 and 4/15/10. This course will acquaint the expectant mother and her partner with options for pain management as well as:
* Physical and emotional changes
* The labor and birth process
* Options for relaxation and breathing techniques
* Viewing a childbirth video
* Support techniques to assist the laboring mother
* A tour of the birthplace
Your class should be completed approximately one month prior to your expected due date.
Early registration is recommended.
