This class incorporates both educational materials and physical activities that focus on balance associated with the feet and ankles. It also promotes coordination through brain utilization. Education will be the focus of this class. However, it also includes enjoyable activities to prompt better balance and coordination. Class is held in the chapel of the hi-rise apartment building at Golden Years. This class meets for 5 weeks on Mondays and Thursdays.
