Join instructors from American Style Ballroom for a one-hour dance lesson. We will learn a few different styles of ballroom dance, modified for older adults. We will also learn about the health benefits of dance and how you can incorporate dance into your daily life. This free program is sponsored by Bethlehem Woods and Glenbrook Rehab and Nursing. Light refreshments will be served beginning at 1:30 p.m. and the lesson begins at 2 p.m. Bring a partner or come by yourself to enjoy an hour of dance.
